Yes — every school gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card needed.

How much does BaalVidya Campus cost? +

What happens after my free trial? +

You can pick a paid plan to continue. If you don't, your account is paused and data stays safe for 90 days while you decide.

Can I switch plans later? +

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime as your school grows. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing? +

Yes. Annual plans come with a meaningful discount over monthly. Contact us for details.

Which modules are included in every plan? +

All core modules: students, teachers, parents, attendance, exams, fees, transport, timetable, communication, admissions, reports and more.

Does BaalVidya Campus support online fee payments? +

Online payments are coming soon. Today, you can track fees, generate receipts and manage pending dues — payment integration is in active development.

Can parents access information? +

Yes — parents get their own login to view attendance, fees, marks, timetables and announcements for their children.

Is there a mobile app? +

BaalVidya Campus is a fully responsive web app that works on any device — admins, teachers and parents can use it on phones, tablets or desktop browsers.

Can I customize my school's public website? +

Yes — every plan includes a public website builder so you can launch your school's site in minutes.

Is my school's data secure? +

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access control, and run daily backups. Your data is isolated per school.

Where is my data stored? +

All data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with redundant backups. We comply with standard data-protection practices.

Who has access to my school's data? +

Only people you explicitly grant access. You define roles and permissions for every staff member.

Can I export my data? +

Yes — you can export students, fees, attendance and other records anytime as CSV or Excel files.
