Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our team as an intern and assist with the design and development of our school management software as a service (SAAS) platform. This is an unpaid, 6-month internship opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in graphic design and user interface design.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the design and development of visual elements for our school management SAAS platform
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure the design is functional and user-friendly
• Helping to design and create visual elements such as logos, icons, infographics, and other graphics
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and other design assets
• Following design trends and staying updated on the latest design tools and software
• Creating visual design elements in line with the brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a graphic design or related program
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and user interface design
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
• A willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• A portfolio or samples of previous work
